This is a template. It describes, in plain language, what a small services business like Enrich Network typically does with the information visitors submit — but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before this site goes live, especially given visitors may be located in India, the EU/UK, or elsewhere with their own data-protection rules (e.g. India's DPDP Act, GDPR). Replace the bracketed placeholders with your real details.
When you submit the audit request form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company name, email address, and — if you choose to share them — your phone number, website/social profile, the engine(s) you're interested in, and a description of your challenge.
We also use Firebase Analytics (Google) on every page, which automatically collects standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We use this only in aggregate, to understand which pages and engines are getting attention; it is not linked to the name or email you submit through the audit form unless you tell us otherwise.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your audit request, prepare for a call with you, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not add you to a marketing list without your separate, explicit consent.

No cookie-consent banner is implemented on this site yet — if visitors from the EU/UK or other regions with consent requirements (GDPR, etc.) are expected, add a consent mechanism before this goes live, and only load the analytics script after consent is given in those regions.
